—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Joan Madden, J.), entered July 18, 2002, which granted plaintiffs motion for renewal and reargument to the extent of affording her renewal and, upon renewal, denied defendant Sekhmet’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as against it, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, and motion for renewal denied. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of defendant Sekhmet dismissing the complaint as against it.
