Defendant Matthew Motley filed a motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(3), made applicable in this adversary proceeding by Bankruptcy Rule 7012, for lack of personal jurisdiction and for improper venue with regard to the claims asserted in the complaint filed by the Official Employmenh-Related Issues Committee of Enron Corp.
