*749*355We affirmed defendant Armando Rocha's conviction for first degree murder in September 2017. On remand from the Supreme Court, we reconsidered our decision in light of then-recently enacted Senate Bill 620 (Stats. 2017, ch. 682, § 2), which amended Penal Code section 12022.53, subdivision (h) ( section 12022.53(h) )1 to give the trial court discretion to strike or dismiss firearm enhancements imposed under section 12022.53.
