Felix V. Goldsborough, a licensed real estate agent, appellee, recovered a judgment against The Singer Construction Company, a corporation, the appellant, in the sum of $2,137.50, as commissions for procuring a purchaser for appellant’s thirty-six properties at Westport for $2,250 each, malting’ the total price $81,000.- The caise was tried before the court on the common counts, and there are but two -exceptions on the record.
