In this workers’ compensation case, Defendants, Sawyer Industrial Plastics, Inc. (“Sawyer Industrial”) and its insurer, Aet-na Casualty & Surety Company, appeal a judgment in favor of Claimant, Jack M. Edwards, finding Claimant permanently and totally disabled and awarding him workers’ compensation benefits for injuries he sustained while employed by Sawyer Industrial. Defendants also appeal the workers’ compensation judge’s (“WCJ”) assessment of penalties and attorney fees and her failure to give Defendants a credit for unemployment benefits received by Claimant.
