On May 17, 2013, plaintiff, Wanda Moultrie Clarke, was involved in a motor vehicle accident with a vehicle operated by the defendant, Ari Hirt, which was owned by and leased through defendant, Toyota Lease Trust (TLT). The accident took place in the parking lot of Lexus of Rockville Centre located at 700 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre, New York. At the time of the accident the plaintiff had brought her vehicle to the dealership for servicing and was walking in the parking lot.
