This Court previously affirmed Bobby Lee Russell’s conviction for malice murder and remanded for consideration of his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. Following a hearing, the trial court rejected this claim. Because Russell has failed to demonstrate that his counsel’s performance was deficient, we affirm.
