MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on defendants’ motions for summary judgment. For the reasons stated below, the Court grants the motions.

I. Facts

Effective August 1, 1991, the plaintiffs, Joseph A. Haidle and Marla S. Haidle, became enrolled in an employee benefit plan offered through Marla Haidle’s employer, defendant Chippenham Hospital, Inc.
