OPINION OF THE COURT

LAWRENCE R. KIRKWOOD, Circuit Judge.

Appellant, MARK D. ROBINSON, appeals his Judgment and Sentence finding Robinson guilty of Failure to use a Designated Lane and the requirement to attend DUI Counter-Attack School. Issues on appeal are: whether trial judge erred in rejecting the testimony of Robinson and accepting the testimony of the arresting officer and whether trial judge exceeded his discretion in ordering Robinson to complete DÜI Counter-Attack School.
