I. INTRODUCTION

Shirley Gerken appeals from the district court’s order granting the motion in limine of Hy-Vee, Inc. Gerken also appeals from the district court’s orders granting Hy-Vee’s motion for a directed verdict and denying her motion for new trial. The district court erred when it granted Hy-Vee’s motion for a directed verdict. The district court also erred in granting Hy-Vee’s motion in limine.
