OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

On May 18, 1981, Lonnie Faulkenberry entered pleas of nolo contendere to an indictment charging him with arson in the first degree 1 and murder in the second degree (felony murder). 2 Superior Court Judge Gerald Van Hoomissen sentenced Faulkenberry on July 15, 1981, requiring him to serve a term of sixty years’ incarceration for the murder charge. 3 From this sentence, Faulkenberry appealed, contending that the sixty-year term of imprisonment is too severe.
