This action is brought to foreclose two mortgages upon lands situate in the town of Nelson, this county. Briefly, the facts, which are undisputed, are as follows: Previous to December, 1901, the defendant George Beeman purchased the premises described in the mortgages and in the complaint in this action and gave to the grantor a purchase money mortgage for part of the purchase price, upon which mortgage there were due and unpaid, at the commencement of this action, $600 of principal, and interest from January 16, 1909.
