Petitioner appeals from a "Final Order" of the Adnilmistrator of the Publie Welfare Division determining petitioner's liability in the amount of $384 to that agency for public assistance furnished his. needy mother. OIRS 416.010 et seq. We affirm.

Petitioner claims he is exempt from contribution under ORS 416.030 (2) (c)① because he was abandoned or driven from the home as a child.
