OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Josie Wilson, Executrix of the Estate of Robert Madonna, appeals the decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, American International Group, Inc., American Assurance Co., National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, PA, and Culligan Water Company of Ohio ("Culligan").
