Appellee-employee filed a claim for workers’ compensation benefits, alleging a disabling on-the-job injury. A hearing was conducted, and although the administrative law judge (ALJ) found that appellee had slipped and fallen at work, the ALJ concluded that appellee had nonetheless failed to carry “the burden of proof to show that her disability is job-related . . . .” Instead, the ALJ found that appellee’s disability was “due to her obesity and other general physical condition.” Accordingly, the ALJ denied benefits to appellee.
