This is an action of contract on an account annexed for work performed and materials furnished by the plaintiff to the defendant in respect to automobile repairs. The report of an auditor, whose findings of fact were to be final, states that the amount owed to the plaintiff is $922.31, plus interest of $66.06 to August 30, 1950, the date of the report.
