Plaintiffs in this action are concerned parents of school-age children who attend one of the public schools currently located at the Brandéis Educational Campus (Brandéis Campus). Defendants are the Chancellor of the New York City public school system as well as the executive branch agency charged with overseeing educational policy for the City of New York.
