On May 27, 1982, the appellant, Vincent Thomas, was found guilty after a jury trial of two counts each of rape, 1 involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, 2 recklessly endangering another person, 3 terroristic threats, 4 possessing instruments of crime generally, 5 possessing instruments of crime weapon, 6 and a single count of burglary. 7 These charges (hereinafter No. 6925). arose out of two incidents involving the same victim. On May 28, 1982, the appellant was found guilty after a jury trial of one count each of rape, simple assault, 8 recklessly endangering another…
