WEST, District Judge:

Petitioner, George D. Howard, after having exhausted all available State Court remedies, applies to this Court for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus. He is presently serving a thirty year sentence at Louisiana State Penitentiary after having been convicted by a jury on November 29, 1961 of the crime of armed robbery. He attacks his conviction and sentence on five grounds, i. e., (1) that he was arrested without a warrant and without probable cause; (2) that he was the victim of an illegal search and seizure; (3) that he was required to violate his constitutional…
