This is an appeal from a judgment of the Bell circuit court convicting the appellant of the offense, charged hy indictment, of unlawfully having in his possession intoxicating liquor, of which he was found gulty by verdict of a jury which 'fixed his punishment at a fine of $300.00 and confinement of sixty days in jail.
