FINDING AS TO DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBTS

Debtors, Kenneth Norwood Carter and Pheobie Price Carter, husband and wife, filed a joint petition for relief in accordance with Chapter 7 of Title 11 U.S.C. Kent State University was scheduled as an unsecured creditor in the amount of $10,700.00 for student loans. The debtors then filed a Complaint alleging that the debts to Kent State University were payable more than five years preceding the filing of the bankruptcy petition.
