Diane Jackson-Mughal (“Claimant”) appeals from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) affirming the dismissal of her appeal to an appeals tribunal (“Appeals Tribunal”) due to Claimant’s failure to ap pear at a telephone hearing.
