CaplaN, Judge:

Tbe plaintiff, First National Bank of Gallipolis, instituted a civil action in tbe Circuit Court of Mason County against tbe defendant, Marietta Manufacturing Company, a corporation, seeking to recover tbe sum of $8,676.41. Tbe Circuit Court granted tbe defendant’s motion to strike tbe evidence of tbe plaintiff and entered an order directing a verdict for tbe defendant. It is from tbe judgment entered on tbat order tbat this appeal is now prosecuted. Tbe plaintiff willbe referred to as tbe Bank and tbe defendant as Marietta.
