—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Fredman, J.), entered June 10, 1993, as denied its motion for summary judgment to strike and/or dismiss certain defendants’ answers, counterclaims, and affirmative defenses, and to appoint a Referee to compute the amount due.
