FORD, District Judge.

This is an action for copyright infringement based on the alleged copying of items from plaintiff’s sales catalogs by defendant corporation. Plaintiff (hereinafter designated as Alter) is an Illinois corporation, with a principal place of business in Chicago. Defendants are a Massachusetts corporation (hereinafter designated as Borden), with a principal place of business in Boston, and three individuals who have been or are officers of this corporation.
