This appeal is from a verdict and judgment for $3,000 in a condemnation proceeding to acquire a strip of land 7 by 70.75 feet from the front of appellees’ residence lot at 2203 East Fourth Street in Owens-boro, Kentucky. The land is needed for the improvement of highway U. S. 60.
