Plaintiff Lydia Magallanes brings this suit against her former employer, Defendant Illinois Bell Telephone Company under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12111 et seq., and under Illinois state law.
