Plaintiff’s demands, which are incorporated in an original and two supplemental and amended petitions, are that it be decreed to he the owner of the land described in its original petition; or, in the alternative, that it have judgment against defendant for $1170750. as the value of the property. Defendant excepted to each of the petitions, and, with reservation of the exceptions, joined issue on the merits of plaintiff’s demands.
