Theresa Ann Kulbitsky appeals an order of Judge Wilbur H. Rubright of the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County denying Ms. Kulbitskys motion for return of property and granting the request of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for forfeiture.
