Marybelle M. Auer (Auer), as the administratrix of the estate of Nicholas Auer, the decedent, brought this medical malpractice suit against Dr. Lenox Baker, Mid-Atlantic Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Ltd., Dr. Edward Miller, and Cardiovascular Associates, Ltd.
