In a proceeding to construe a will, Matthew Berger, a legatee thereunder, appeals from (1) a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Suffolk County, entered December 24, 1975, which determined the nature and extent of the bequest made to the decedent’s wife and (2) an order of the same court, entered March 22, 1976, which denied his motion for reargument. Appeal from the order dismissed, without costs or disbursements. No appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
