The Arkansas-Missouri Power Company, appellant here, is a public utility corporation engaged in manufacturing and selling in Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri electric fighting, electric power, and ice. All of the common stock of the appellant, except directors’ qualifying shares, is owned by the Inland Power & Light Corporation.
