We have for review a report of referee recommending that Respondent, Larry Elliot Klayman, be found guilty of professional misconduct and suspended from the practice of law. Klayman challenges the referee’s report in its entirety. 1 We hereby approve the referee’s findings of fact and recommendations as to guilt and sanctions.
