This appeal is taken by ■ the Chicago and Interurban Traction Company from a judgment and order of sale of the property of appellant, rendered by the county court of Will county, for delinquent drainage taxes of drainage district No. 5 in the town of Monee, in that county. The drainage district is organized under the Farm Drainage act, and includes within its boundaries a portion of appellant’s railroad between Chicago and Kankakee.
