This is a Workmen’s Compensation Case and companion to 108 S. E. (2d) 587, filed May 11, 1959.
On April 19, 1956, claimant, Broadus Godfrey, a carpenter sustained a back injury, which arose out of and in the course of his employment, when he fell from a ladder.
