In this patent infringement action, following a so-called Markman proceeding, I construe as a matter of law the disputed claims of the subject patent.

The patent at the center of this dispute, U.S. Patent No. 5,879,281 (“the '231 patent”) is entitled “Mine Ventilation Structure” and is owned by Frank A. Sisk. Precision Mine Repair, Inc.
