OPINION

BAILEY, Judge.

Case Summary

Appellant-Defendant Gregory A. Smith ("Smith") appeals following the revocation of his probation for his conviction of Possession of Cocaine, as a Class C felony, 1 and Resisting Law Emforcement, as a Class A misdemeanor. 2 He raises a single issue: whether the trial court erred in denying his motion to reconsider.
