RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Miles Murphy (Murphy) pled guilty to possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. The district court 1 denied Murphy’s motion to withdraw his guilty plea and sentenced Murphy to 300 months imprisonment.
