This is an interlocutory appeal from the order of the trial court denying appellant’s motion to introduce evidence of the alleged victim’s prior sexual conduct at the trial of the case on its merits. It was the holding of the trial court that the inflammatory and prejudicial nature of the evidence outweighed its probative vaiue. Although the court held there was some probative value, there was no holding of relevancy.
