DOLLIVER, J.

Defendant Renfro was convicted by a jury of the first degree murder of a prostitute. We agree with the Court of Appeals (State v. Renfro, 28 Wn. App. 248, 622 P.2d 1295 (1981)), that no error was committed and affirm the conviction.
