Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (“Gibson, Dunn”), counsel to the debtor, and Kramer, Levin, Nessen, Kamin & Frankel (“Kramer, Levin”), counsel to the Committee, seek payment of fees in the amount of $2,047,-525.38 and $81,948.61 (plus disbursements of $37,595.64), respectively, for services rendered prior to the commencement of this chapter 11 case.
