Plaintiff, Seguros de Servicios de Salud de Puerto Rico, Inc. (hereinafter “SSS”), a Corporation organized and with principal place of business in Puerto Rico, brings this action seeking a court order to compel defendant, McAuto Systems Group, Inc. (hereinafter “MSGI”), a Delaware corporation with principal place of business in New York, to arbitrate a dispute between them arising from an alleged breach of the agreement entered into by the parties on December 13, 1985.
