This civil action was brought in the Superior Court by Henry S. Kelly and his daughters, Marie L. and Eileen A., against the Ford Motor Company and B. A. Dario Co., a Rhode Island Ford dealer. The daughters have appealed an order which dismisses the action as to them for their failure to state claims upon which relief •could be granted.
