WAY, District Judge.
Complainant, a citizen and resident of New York, has filed her bill of complaint against the defendant, a citizen and resident of Virginia. The only relief sought by the bill is to declare void a will probated by the clerk of the circuit court of Princess Anne county, Virginia, on May 28, 1934, in an ex parte proceeding in which complainant did not in any way participate and of which she had no notice.
