In 1911 Collins Bros, had the contract for installing the plumbing in the new high school building in the city of Tem- pie. The Sanitary Manufacturing Company of Hamilton, Ohio, through its traveling salesman, Martin Wys, called, on one of the Collins Bros., and, after investigating the specifications for the installing of toilets, submitted to said Collins Bros, certain photographs of the Hamilton Gem closets, and quoted him their prices thereon, which was 50 per cent, off the list or catalogue quotation, and secured his agreement to use the closets, the photographs of which had been…
