SCHWELB, Associate Judge:

Dr. William Joseph asks us to review a final decision of the District of Columbia Board of Medicine in which he was reprimanded and ordered to pay a civil fine. The Board found that conduct for which Maryland had previously disciplined Dr. Joseph, namely, false testimony and misrepresentations made by him in his capacity as an expert witness in a medical malpractice case, constituted a false report in the practice of medicine, and thus provided grounds for disciplinary action in the District of Columbia.
