Pinciaro and Joseph Federico, as Trustees of the Frank Frederick Construction Co., Inc., Profit Sharing Trust, for breach of an employment contract wherein the plaintiff seeks to recover monies alleged to be due from a Profit-Sharing Trust in which he was a participant.
