Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Warren County (Hall, J.), rendered July 25, 2007, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of sexual abuse in the first degree.
The facts of this case are set forth in our prior decision in which we reversed defendant’s conviction for sexual abuse in the first degree and remitted the matter for a new trial (35 AD3d 1092 [2006]). Upon retrial, defendant was again found guilty.
