WILBUR, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment against the government upon a policy of war risk insurance. The assignments of error relate to rulings upon the admissibility of evidence, to the ruling of the court denying appellant’s motion for directed verdict, and to the refusal of the court to give an instruction requested by the defendant. The first three assignments relate to the admissibility of the testimony of a physician as to whether or not in the opinion of the witness the veteran was totally and permanently disabled.
