This suit was brought by appellant, Olga Y. Knight, as guardian of the estate of Mrs. O. E. Rogers, a lunatic, against appellees, W. T. Waggoner and Joe Terry, to recover certain land in Wilbarger and Wichita counties. The suit was filed in the district court of Wichita county on February 6, 1911, and is numbered 4043 on the docket of said court. In addition to the regular allegations of a suit in trespass to try title, plaintiff specifically sought to set aside a conveyance of said land made by the said Mrs. C. E. Rogers to Joe Terry, dated March 6, 1906, and a judgment of the district court…
